IT Business Analyst - (Lodz, Pharmaceutical, GxP, Leadership, Database)

Responsibilities

• Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Perform quality assurance
• Understanding strategic business needs and plans for growth.
• Enhancing the quality of IT products and services.
• Analyzing the design of technical systems and business models.
• Finding technological solutions to business requirements.
• Producing reports on application development and implementation.

Requirements

• Fluency in both Polish and ** English** (C1+)
• A degree in IT / Computer Science / Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of previous experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Management position, or similar position
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Previous experience in a Pharmaceutica l or ** Production** environment
