About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and apply solid working knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution, eDocument Cockpit, EDI, Pricing, and omnichannel retail processes.
• Support analysis and implementation activities for SAP Sales, SAP CAR (POSDTA, OAA), and related retail applications.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with guidance from senior consultants and solution owners.
• Contribute to process design and solution documentation using established global templates and standards.
• Support EDI integration activities, testing, and issue resolution with business partners and vendors.
• Perform standard SAP customizing and maintain technical documentation within the assigned scope.
• Apply defined legal, security, and regulatory requirements in supported markets.
• Participate in user testing, deployment preparation, training, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Resolve standard incidents independently and escalate complex issues to senior team members or vendors.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation opportunities, and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business users, developers, architects, and support teams to deliver stable solutions.
• Maintain accurate process, support, and integration documentation for knowledge sharing.

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• Degree in business administration, supply chain management, logistics, computer science, information technology, or comparable qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting SAP Sales, Logistics, Retail, or related enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales, pricing, and order-to-cash processes.
• Exposure to SAP CAR (POSDTA, OAA), EDI integrations, or omnichannel retail solutions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, architects, and external vendor.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
