Role/Responsibilities:
·Operations team member involved in the design and deployment of Cisco Call Manager solutions and IPT Deployments
·Operations team member to be Avaya Definity G3R PBX resident SME for Service Operations
·Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex voice (Avaya or IPT) and data network issues
·Work and collaborate with project and operational teams, and 3rd party vendors.
·Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues.
Skills/Experience:
·2+ years designing, deploying, installing and configuring complex Cisco IPT solutions with Cisco Unified Call Manager clusters, Cisco Unity Voice Mail
·5+ years deploying, installing and configuring complex Avaya Definity G3R solutions
·5+ years troubleshooting and resolving complex Avaya Definity G3R issues
·3+ years hands on, multi-site telecommunications experience
·SIP, H.323 and MGCP voice protocol configuration experience is a must
·Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting Voice Gateways/Gatekeepers
·Prior experience deploying and administering routers, switches, VGs, ATAs, RAS, TACACS and
·LAN/WAN [HSRP, QoS, VLAN's, Bandwidth modeling] and VoIP infrastructures
·Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem solving skills
·Excellent communication skills and client-facing skills
·CCIE [Voice or R&S], CCVP, or CCNP is a plus
