• Escalateservicerequestasneeded
• HavegeneralITknowledge
• UseMicrosoftWordandExcel
• Supportlevel1tasksforNetworkOperationsteamrelatedto switches,seversandroutersdirectedbyNetworkNetworkOperationsStaff
• Performsotherrelateddutiesasassignedbymanagerand/orassistantmanager

JOBQUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: HighSchoolDiploma/GED

EXPERIENCE: HandsonITsupportexperience3-5years
