What You'll Do:

  • Provide first- and second-line technical support to Emma employees, freelancers, and contact center agents across all regions, resolving hardware, software, and access issues within SLA targets.
  • Manage incoming tickets, emails, and Teams requests end-to-end — logging, triaging, resolving, and escalating as needed to ensure timely closure.
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot company systems, tools, and applications (e.g., Office 365, endpoint management, ticketing platforms), ensuring uptime and optimal performance.
  • Document new system implementations, configuration changes, and process improvements to build a reliable internal knowledge base.
  • Assist Senior IT team members with systems rollouts, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional project work.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of computer hardware, video conferencing equipment, and network infrastructure — including setup, inventory, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Support ad hoc IT initiatives and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Who We Are Looking For:

  • Undergraduate college students who are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Has 12 academic units or less in the current or upcoming semester.
  • Can report onsite for atleast twice a week.
  • Familiarity with ticketing/helpdesk systems and basic reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft client products, including Office 365 administration.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, comfortable interacting with global, cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset toward documentation and process improvement.
  • Basic understanding of network infrastructure and hardware troubleshooting is a plus.
  • Can commit to atleast 6-months internship.
