IT Project Manager

Act as the local operational interface between the M&A Cyber leadership in Europe, the North American technical leads and the relevant Group cybersecurity service lines. The role provides a single delivery view and turns approved security priorities into coordinated local execution. The role will report to M&A Cyber Program Manager conducting the integration from Europe.

Responsibilities:

Delivery Coordination

• Maintain the integrated cyber delivery plan across Network Security, Security Operations, Architecture and Advisory.
• Coordinate local technical workshops and ensure that prerequisites, owners, dependencies, and target dates are explicit.
• Centralize requests between Cybersecurity, local IT, vendors, and transition teams.
• Track actions through build, migration, transition, hypercare, and handover to run.

Operational Governance

• Prepare and facilitate technical delivery meetings and progress reviews.
• Maintain a consolidated view of milestones, risks, issues, decisions, and resource constraints.
• Ensure that build-versus-run ownership is agreed before handover.
• Escalate blockers requiring strategic, budget, or risk arbitration.

Reporting

• Produce concise progress reports for the Senior Project Manager and key stakeholders.
• Consolidate delivery indicators across the two technical leads, Architect and Advisor.
• Document decisions, exceptions, and residual risks.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years in cybersecurity delivery, technical program management, or security operations coordination.
• Proven coordination of multi-domain technical workstreams in complex integration or transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across Europe and North America.
• Working knowledge of network security, endpoint security, SIEM/SOC, vulnerability management, and cloud security.
• Fluent English; French is an asset.
