IT Recruitment Consultant – 100% remote – Flexible Hours

Commission only for the first 3 months (50% Commission). Based on your performance, we will consider a permanent salary of up to 50K + bonuses + benefits after 3 months.

You will help drive forward our growth plans within various IT sectors and maintain our position as one of the leaders in IT contract market.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years recruitment experience (not sector specific), be motivated, driven, and have a proven record of hitting targets in previous employment.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with the hunger to be successful and increase earnings potential.

You will have excellent telephone manner and the ability to engage in conversation with people from all types of backgrounds, building strong relationships with clients.

Please note we are only able to respond to Candidates who have Recruitment Agency experience.
