IT Solution Sales Specialist

Bratislava, Slovakia

Main Responsibilities:

• Identify and manage sales opportunities

• Drive and coordinate project execution

• Understand and accurately convey customer requirements, promoting Huawei solutions through effective technical presentations and customer engagement

• Collaborate closely with Account Management and other departments to ensure successful project delivery

• Participate in RFI/RFQ/RFP processes for consulting and delivery service projects, including requirement analysis, solution design, SOC response, proposal writing, and document preparation

• Handle offer design, business design, and profitability management

• Conduct contract reviews and risk analysis

• Demonstrate proficiency in standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent degree

• Working knowledge of at least one major operating system: Windows, Linux, or Unix

• Strong expertise in Storage, Backup, and HCI (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure); knowledge of virtualization and cloud technology is a strong plus

• At least 1 year of IT experience working with mainstream storage, backup, or virtualization vendors (e.g., Dell EMC, IBM, HPE, HDS, NetApp, Pure Storage, VMware, Commvault, Veeam)

• Excellent sales and interpersonal skills, including strong organizational, communication, and presentation capabilities

• Able to work in a diversified and cross-cultural organization

• Fluent in Slovak and English
