We are looking for an entry level Support Specialist to join our Information Technology team in our regional office in Charlotte, NC. This is a full-time, in-person position.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support via phone, remote desktop, and in person.
- Conduct new associate technology orientation.
- Assist with additional IT projects as needed.
- Support technologies such as Office 365, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Printer/Copiers, LAN/WLAN, Windows 11, MacOS, Egnyte, Intune, iOS, Android, Zendesk, and Adobe Sign.
Qualifications
Required:
- A bachelor’s degree or pursuing a bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, data analytics, or a related field.
- Ability to research and troubleshoot technology problems.
- Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills, and a “team first” mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred:
- Internship experience in a relevant Information Technology role.
- 0-1 Years of Experience in a professional setting.
