Tasks

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain **Windows and Mac desktop computers **.
• Perform **basic laptop repairs **.
• Assist with **Windows Server setup and management **.
• Configure and maintain **WLAN networks **.
• Handle **basic cabling setups **.
• Troubleshoot **networking issues **.
• Perform **hardware IT setups **, including PCs and peripherals.
• Set up email accounts.
• Understand DNS and domain configuration.
• Be able to travel to operation sites upon requirement.

Requirements

What We Expect from You

• Proficient or fluent in German (both spoken and written).
• Prior experience in **IT support or a similar technical role **.
• A strong understanding of **computer hardware and software **.
• The ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
• Basic knowledge of **networking and server management **.
• Being flexible, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work well in a **team-oriented environment **.
• Eligibility to live and work in Germany.
