About this role
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with the team to enhance the availability, response time, and scalability of server/infrastructures.
Implement and optimize auto-failover, auto-scaling, and strategies to handle web attacks such as DDOS attacks and penetration attempts.
Manage the deployment process of web applications and ensure adherence to CI/CD practices.
Diagnose and resolve performance & stability issues in high-throughput web applications and network services.
Contribute actively to planning and executing disaster recovery activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of related work experience in administration of AWS infrastructures and Linux systems.
Proficiency in Linux commands and experience with Linux server certifications (e.g., Red Hat Enterprise Linux or Oracle Enterprise Linux) is a plus.
Experience with deployment and CI/CD practices of web applications.
Knowledge and experience in managing MySQL database server (replication, read/write splitting, and clustering, offsite backup).
Curious-minded, proactive, and open to learning new technologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
