We are looking for anIT Systems Leadwith expertise inDevOpsand cloud infrastructure (primarily Microsoft Azure and AWS) to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of our IT infrastructure while providing exceptional support to our internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

As an IT Systems Lead at Cyntegrity, you will:

• Manage IT Systems: Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of cloud-based infrastructure and solutions, primarily within Microsoft Azure and partially AWS environments.
• Implement DevOps Practices:Design, implement, and optimizeCI/CD pipelinesandinfrastructure as code (IaC)to streamline development and operations.
• Provide IT Support:Manage and resolveIT ticket requestsfrom internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure Compliance:Maintain IT systems in compliance with relevant regulations, includingGDPRandData Protection Act.
• Optimize Performance:Continuously improve the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
• Collaborate Across Teams:Work closely with theChief Executive Officer (CEO)and other departments to align IT strategies with business goals.

Essential Criteria:

We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative IT professional with the following qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of proven experience inDevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong experience in managingIT ticket requestsand providing end-user support.

Skills:

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge:

• Deep understanding ofcloud infrastructure, including Azure and/or AWS ecosystems, and modern DevOps tooling.
• Familiarity withIT service management (ITSM)and ticketing systems.
• Understanding ofdata protection regulations(e.g., GDPR, Data Protection Act).
• Certifications:Relevant certifications inAzure(e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert) andDevOps(e.g., Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a plus.
