ITOC / MOC Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring the performance and availability of network elements,systems and applications.

• 1st level support, Identifying and resolving issues.

• Collaborating with 2nd and 3rd level support.

• Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and tools.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).

• Good understanding of basic principles of computer networks and virtualization.

• Good understanding of security principles.

• Basic experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, Nagios, etc.)

• Desire for continuous learning and improvement.

• Ability to work shifts.
