KMG Prestige is seeking a Janitor to join our team in Ishpeming, MI who takes pride in their work and is detail oriented. The ideal candidate will be dependable and strive to create happy residents through providing superior customer service and a visually appealing property.

You Have:

• Cleaning experience
• Self-Motivation
• Ability to safely use lawn care equipment
• Ability to safely use snow removal equipment
• Basic maintenance knowledge
• Available nights and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
