Java Developer
The Java Developer will be responsible for designing and developing system enhancements and debug upgraded system code, creating functional and technical design documentation to correspond to assigned enhancement and bug fixes, and assisting the Tier-2 help desk in researching and resolving system issues experienced by the application end users during and after go-live. Knowledge of contracts and sourcing modules/Financial systems is highly desirable. Candidates will institutional knowledge of state government systems will be preferred.

Required experience:
- Customization/Configuration of Ariba: 5 years
- Java Programming Experience: 5 years
- capturing and documenting end-user requriements: 5 years
- supporing Tier 2 technicians and end-users: 5 years
- sourcing module customization/implementation: 1 year
- creating functional and technical design documentation: 5 years
- data designing using reporting tools like Microstrategy: 2 years
