[Jeffersonville, OH] Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Location: Jeffersonville, OH — On-site
Project term: From the start date through December 2026
Pay: $50–$100 per hour, depending on experience and technical qualifications
 

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on automated material handling 
systems.
• Inspect, repair, and replace mechanical components including motors, bearings, 
chains, belts, rollers, and gearboxes.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical equipment issues.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain maintenance logs and documentation.
• Support equipment startup and operational stabilization activities.
• Work closely with controls engineers and operations teams.
 

Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience working with conveyor systems or automated equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in an industrial environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with ASRS, sortation systems, or warehouse automation equipment.
• Welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly experience.
• Previous experience in logistics automation projects
