Job Coach (DSP)

BCRC, Inc. (Beaver County Rehabilitation Center) is a non-profit agency that supports adults and high school students with intellectual, developmental, and physical disabilities to improve their independence and overcome employment challenges through community activities, volunteerism, and through job exploration and paid work activities.

As a part-time Job Coach, you will work 3 to 4 weekdays

• Schedule varies by department and could be 7:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
• No nights, No weekends, No holidays
• Youth Services program has options for summer’s off

As a part-time Job Coach your pay and benefits will be:

• $18.40 / hour
• Eleven paid holidays
• Paid Time Off

• No experience required. BCRC values and provides paid training for all staff.

Your role could include:

• supporting participants in self-directed living as they engage in community activities such as volunteer work, visiting performing art centers, sporting events, museums, gardens/parks, and job shadow activities

• job coaching participants as they develop and learn new job skills to ensure success on the job
• documenting daily progress

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Valid Driver’s License
