Joiner Oracle DB administration

Optimiza is seeking a dedicated Joiner Oracle DB Administrator to assist with the effective management and administration of our Oracle database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle databases to ensure optimal performance.
• Support database monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting efforts.
• Help in performing backup and recovery operations to maintain data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with senior DBAs and other IT teams to implement database solutions and upgrades.
• Document procedures and maintain records of database activities.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to database incidents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1-2 years of Oracle database concepts and architecture.
• Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL programming.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certifications in Oracle Database Administration are a plus but not mandatory.
