We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Senior Systems Engineer to join our Microsoft Infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering enterprise-grade solutions for our customers while providing expert-level troubleshooting and technical support for complex infrastructure environments.

This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for mentoring junior engineers. The Senior Systems Engineer will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, architect appropriate solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and deliver enterprise infrastructure projects for enterprise customers.
  • Lead technical engagements and provide expert guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft infrastructure technologies.
  • Build, present, and clearly articulate technical solutions that address customer business and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with customers, project managers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and support junior engineers by sharing knowledge, providing technical guidance, and promoting professional growth.
  • Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives and encourage the adoption of best practices across the team.
  • Identify technical risks and challenges proactively and implement effective mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with emerging Microsoft technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance service offerings.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in a customer-facing enterprise IT environment.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise infrastructure projects and supporting enterprise customers.
