What You'll Get

• Earn $38 to $50 per hour, based on experience.

• Production pay opportunities.

• $5,000 sign on bonus.

• Receive $2,500 after 6 months of active employment.

• Receive an additional $2,500 after 12 months of active employment.

• Full time schedule, typically 40 to 45 hours per week.

• Monday through Friday schedule.

What You'll Do

• Complete residential plumbing service calls.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential plumbing systems.

• Install water heaters, plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and related equipment.

• Communicate plumbing findings and recommended solutions clearly to homeowners.

• Organize and manage your daily service schedule and appointments.

• Keep your take home service vehicle clean, organized, and properly stocked.

• Provide professional, high quality plumbing service in a fast paced residential environment.

Requirements

What You Need

• Valid Journeyman Plumbing License or the ability to obtain one.

• At least 3 years of residential plumbing service experience.

• Strong plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively manage service calls.

• Strong customer communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

• Willingness to relocate to the Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin area.
