Journeyman Plumber - New Construction

Ready to put your plumbing skills to work building new homes?

Redline Plumbing, the newest division of CBH Homes (Idaho’s #1 home builder), is growing — and we’re looking for an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our construction crew.

This is residential new construction, so you’ll be working in homes from the ground up and seeing your work come together throughout the build. We’re looking for someone who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and can get the job done right.

You’ll be part of a growing team with steady work, competitive pay, and plenty of opportunity to grow as Redline continues to build.

If you’re an experienced plumber who likes working with your hands, being on a construction site, and building something you can actually see come together, we’d love to talk to you.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong hands-on plumbing field experience (rough-in residential preferred)
• Ability to lead a crew and keep jobs moving on schedule
• Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, layouts, and code basics
• Comfortable training and mentoring newer installers
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50–100 lbs and work 8–10 hr days
• Dependable, organized, and a take-charge team player
