Junior Admin / Business Development Support (B&I)

Provide administrative and business development support to the Building & Infrastructure team to ensure efficient daily operations and timely commercial follow-up. Maintain records and CRM data, coordinate meetings and documents, support quotations and tender submissions, and assist with customer communication, contract processing, invoicing and collection activities.

Qualifications

1. College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Marketing, English, Engineering, Construction or a related field.
2. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of administrative, sales-support, customer-service or office-coordination experience are welcome.
3. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and online collaboration tools.
4. Working proficiency in English for emails, documents and basic coordination with regional teams.
5. Good written and verbal communication, organization, filing, data-entry and follow-up skills.
6. Careful, responsible, service-minded and able to handle several tasks while meeting deadlines.Willing to learn about SGS services, construction projects, commercial processes and internal procedures.
