Junior Appointment Setter (On-site)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Appointment Setter to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to contact potential customers from a provided list, introduce our services, and schedule appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, goal-oriented, and enjoys interacting with people.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided contact list.

• Introduce the company's products or services professionally.

• Qualify potential customers by asking relevant questions.

• Schedule appointments for the sales team based on customer availability.

• Update customer information and appointment details in the CRM.

• Follow established call scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.

• Meet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Appointment Setting, Telemarketing, Customer Service, Sales, or Call Center environments.

• Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.

• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

• Persuasive and confident communication style.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM systems is a plus.

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if working remotely).

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Employment Conditions

• Salary: COP $2,300,000 + Transportation Allowance + All legal benefits according to Colombian labor law.

• Employment Type: Indefinite-Term Contract.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Miami Time).

• Location: On-site (El Poblado)
