Junior Architect

To further strengthen our internal design team, we are looking for an eager Junior Architect to support the development of architectural concepts, assist in project planning and execution, and collaborate with senior architects and engineers to bring innovative designs to life.

Job details:

• A Junior Architect works under the direct supervision of an Architect.
• As a Junior Architect, you’ll be responsible for the assistance in the design, development, and implementation of architectural projects.
• The position requires a strong creative ability, a solution-oriented approach, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with architects to develop design plans and presentations.
• Assist in the production of architectural drawings.
• Ensure design compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements for the position:

• Bachelor/ Master degree in Architecture (5-year course), ETEK registered Architect,
• Knowledge of software: AutoCad 2D, MS Office, Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator,
• Design software BIM experience is a plus (Revit),
• 1-2 years previous experience in a similar position.
• English and Greek languages are a must, both verbal and written,
• Knowledge of the procedures to obtain planning and building permits in Cyprus.
• An understanding of the regulations relevant to the residential and commercial development in Cyprus,
• Strong time-management and organisation skills to meet deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
