Junior Architect

Zameen Developments is hiring!

We are hiring for the position of junior architect 1 - 2 years of experience.

Purpose of the Job:

To help prepare architectural plans and designs, assisting in essential presentations, and helping develop and finalize building plans. Coordination with (Structure, MEP, Visualization Team).

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring all plans are compliant with bylaws governmental & authority bylaws and local & international best practices & standards
• Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methods, and materials
• Producing concept boards of images for feedback and approval from the management and clients, which capture the intended look and attitude and that reflect branding and positioning with architecture, colour, finish materials, and lighting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Architecture, Design, or similar
  
• PCATP registered
• 1-2 years of experience (preferably in designing multi-story buildings)
