Junior Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager you will work closely alongside our Shared Operations Services team, with your primary focus being our B2B business. You will be responsible for your own projects and develop innovative solutions for our daily business operations, optimize our existing processes and further enhance our portfolio on an international scale.

Main Duties: 

• Be responsible to monitor and improve the operational performance of our Operations teams across Europe in key topics
• Define process improvements and specify the requirements for short- and long-term solutions
• Take ownership for different projects by planning their setup, implementing your own ideas, managing throughout the projects’ duration and evaluating their successes and points for improvement
• Serve as the point of contact for the local Operations teams as well as other departments within the company to help clarify processes and targets
• Participate in regular multi-departmental and international strategic meetings in order to review results and plan upcoming goals

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

• Minimum a Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics or in another related field
• 2 years of a practical experience in operations, project management or a startup 
• Fast adapting personality with a strong sense of taking responsibility, initiatives and working independently
• Strong analytical skills, being able to derive actionable items from large data sets and proficiency with MS-Excel and Google Sheets
• Fluent in English - verbal and written, knowledge of other European language like Spanish, Italian, German or French is a plus

Additional Information

The place of work will be at Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
