We uncover valuable business insights from neglected corporate documents by applying proprietary machine learning and advanced analytics. The result: companies can boost revenues, reduce expenses, and lower business risk.

What you do @office:

You will be a part of our fast-growing legal team to make sure the contracts and agreements which we receive are verified and analyzed with your legal expertise, then its abstracted and uploaded into our system.

Key Roles:

o Agreement/Contract Abstraction

o Contract Management

o Contract/Agreement Reviewing and Analyses

o Quality Check and reviewing of peer legal analysts

o Making sure the documents are verified and abstracted data are fed into the system

o Complete desirable project segments and deliver on timely basis

o Rapidly address issues and fix defects discovered during deployment.

o Work with nearshore and offshore teams as well

Qualifications

Are we a best match?

o Minimum Under graduation degree in law or equivalent degree

o 0-3-year experience in Contract Management and Abstraction

o Good Computer and other technology application handling skills with hands-on -
