Join us as a Junior EDI & AI Support Engineer and help shape how our systems connect, communicate, and get smarter. You’ll support real integration projects, help onboard customers into our IT landscape, and explore how AI can streamline the way data flows across the company.

Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll learn how to turn requirements into working solutions and get hands-on with modern integration and AI‑driven tools.
This position is ideal if you’re a final‑year student or a recent graduate ready to start full‑time work. A background in EDI, system integration, or AI‑related technologies is beneficial but not required.

Support integration development - Assist in building and maintaining EDI/API integrations under guidance from senior engineers.

Participate in customer onboarding - Help prepare and execute smooth onboarding of clients into our IT systems.

Analyze integration requirements - Contribute to gathering and understanding technical and business needs for integration tasks.

Work with middleware tools - Learn to configure and monitor integration platforms and mapping tools.

Support workflow optimization - Assist in improving data flows and ensuring reliable, efficient exchange of information.

Explore AI-enhanced processes - Collaborate with the AI team to test and integrate basic ML-driven features into workflows.

Troubleshoot integration issues - Help investigate and resolve operational issues in data exchange and integrations.

Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree (University, FH, or similar) in computer science, IT, business informatics, or a related field, with an intention to graduate soon

Basic knowledge of EDI or system integration (training will be provided)

Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously

You are team player with a proactive attitude and strong communication skills

Fluency in English, German is a plus, but not mandatory
