Junior Financial & Sustainability Auditor

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial and sustainability audits for the leading companies, ensuring compliance with relevant reporting standards.

• Developexpertisein sustainability frameworks, including mapping dependencies,identifyingbottlenecks, and escalating issues to clients.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainabilityassurance into financial audits, providing strategic recommendations.

• Assist non-audit clients in designing and implementing templates, policies, and controls for sustainability reporting.

• Analyse sustainability metrics, such as carbon emissions, climate risks, and safety incidents, and provide actionable insights.

• Stay updated with the latest research and developments in sustainability practices to drive innovation and apply cutting edge technology in client solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics and Business or related field.

• Proficiency in English and Bulgarian (second foreign language is an advantage)

• Experience in financial auditing and/or progress in ACCA - would be considered advantageous

• Strong project management and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  

• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing regulatory landscape and willingness to embrace ongoing learning.
  

• Interest and affinity for sustainability and ESG-related topics.
