Junior Operations Generalist (Remote, Global - Poland - Philippines - Latam)

Our generalists are the engine of our operations, they manage key workflows, coordinate global initiatives, and ensure that Allocator One functions smoothly at all times.

Your Mission

As a Junior Generalist, you will support global operations, assist with administrative and financial tasks, and ensure consistent coordination across time zones. You will gain hands-on experience in high-level project support and develop your professional skills in an international, fast-paced environment.

Tasks

• Support data entry and updates across CRM and financial trackers.
• Manage and archive invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
• Assist in event preparation and sponsorship research.
• Coordinate calendar invitations and meeting summaries.
• Execute daily task handovers through Slack.
• Collaborate with senior generalists and specialists for ongoing projects.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in administration, coordination, or virtual assistance.
• Good written and spoken English (B2 minimum); C1 is a plus.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and Slack.
• Reliable, proactive, and highly organized.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a global structure.
