Junior PA - role overview:

My client is a leading provider in bespoke men’s tailoring.

They are looking for an organised, diligent and well-spoken individual to come on board to be part of the team as a junior PA.

The business has an open plan office with up to 30 staff. Warm and highly energetic culture!

Key Duties:

PA & Diary Management

·Maintaining, organising and gatekeeping calendars

·Picking up the phones and responding to emails

·Booking travel and accommodation

·Booking meeting rooms

·Booking restaurants

·Proactively recognizing and managing any requirements or issues with diary management or to do lists

Requirements

·Previous secretarial experience, preferably within a retail environment but not essential

·Excellent attention to detail that doesn’t falter when working under pressure

·Ability to multi task

·Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships at all levels in the business and with external stakeholders
