We are looking for self-driven professionals who have demonstrated a passion for improving the way work gets done through Microsoft Power Apps. Whether you have built a Canvas App, automated a simple task with Power Automate, or simply enjoy exploring new no-code/low-code tools, this role offers an opportunity to transform that passion into a full-time technology career.

As a Junior Power Apps Developer, you will learn how to design and build business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, with light exposure to Power Automate for simple automations (notifications, approvals, and basic data processing). Working alongside experienced Power Platform developers, you will gain hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Fx, SharePoint, and Dataverse basics.

This is an entry-level career opportunity for professionals who want to evolve from being users of technology into builders of technology. No previous professional development experience is required a genuine interest in technology, continuous learning, and hands-on experimentation is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Power Apps Development:

• Design, build, and test Power Apps Canvas Apps using screens, controls, forms, and galleries.
• Use Power Fx for navigation, filtering, basic calculations, and data validation.
• Use variables and collections to manage simple application state.
• Connect apps to SharePoint, Excel, or Dataverse tables.
• Build simple, reusable screens and controls where possible.
  

Basic Automation (Power Automate):

• Build simple cloud flows: trigger on a button press, form submission, or scheduled time.
• Send notifications (email/Teams) and set up basic approval steps.
• Use basic variables, conditions, and static inputs/outputs within a flow.
• Understand how to check if a flow run succeeded or failed.
  

Learning & Collaboration:

• Ask for feedback and apply it to improve app usability and reliability.
• Document what an app or flow does in simple, clear language.
• Participate in reviews with more senior developers to learn best practices.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills:

• 0–1 years of experience building Power Apps (personal, academic, or professional).
• Basic understanding of controls, screens, galleries, and variables.
• Ability to write simple Power Fx formulas (e.g. filtering, navigation, basic validation).
• Experience connecting an app to at least one data source (SharePoint, Excel, or Dataverse).
• Willingness to learn SQL, Dataverse, and security concepts on the job.
• English level: B2 or higher (mandatory).
  

Basic Power Automate Knowledge:

• Understanding of what a trigger and an action are.
• Ability to build a simple flow with 2–5 steps (e.g. notify, approve, update a record).
• Basic awareness of how flows connect to Power Apps.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Microsoft Dataverse (tables, relationships, basic security).
• More advanced Power Automate (conditions, loops, error handling, approvals).
• SQL basics.
• SharePoint document libraries and permissions.
• Power Apps YAML source definitions.
• AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, etc.).
• Basic understanding of role-based or row-level security.
