Junior Product & Engineering Professional (Fresh Graduate)

About the role

We're looking for ambitious graduates and junior professionals who are excited by technology, building software, applying AI in their daily work, and solving complex problems.

Depending on your strengths, interests and ambitions, you'll start your journey as a Product Owner or a Software Engineer, supported by experienced colleagues within our Axon™ team, who will help you grow from day one.

As part of Axon's Product & Engineering team, you'll:

• Collaborate with customers, users, and colleagues on technology challenges.

• Translate problems into product ideas, features, and software solutions.

• Help build and improve Axon through product innovation, software development and AI-powered capabilities.

• Work in one of our small sub-teams of Product Owners and Software Engineers to bring ideas from concept to reality.

• Take ownership, learn fast, and contribute to a product used by global industry leaders.

Requirements

About you

We're looking for people with strong analytical capabilities, curiosity, and the ambition to continuously learn and grow.

• You hold a master’s degree in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Business Engineering, or a similar field.

• You have a strong analytical and abstract reasoning mindset and enjoy mathematics, complex systems, and intellectual challenges.

• You have a strong interest in software development and are curious about how AI is reshaping how SaaS products are built.

• You enjoy understanding how technical choices connect to real business impact.

• You are fluent in Dutch & English.
