Junior Service Engineer for Smart PV Business (m/f/d) – Graduate Program

Job Location:

Düsseldorf or Munich, Germany

Main Responsibilities:

As a Junior Service Engineer in our Smart PV Business, you will join the Digital Power Business Group and contribute to delivering innovative digital and power electronics solutions that accelerate the transition toward a smarter, greener energy future. In this role you will handle following tasks:

• Support project engineering activities under the guidance of senior engineers, including hardware/software implementation, testing, installation, commissioning and customer training

• Provide remote and onsite technical support to customers, partners and subcontractors, troubleshooting issues and escalating complex or critical problems to senior engineers

• Support engineering partners and internal teams in investigating technical issues and implementing appropriate solutions

• Assist with pre-sales activities, including technical workshops, product presentations, demonstrations and preparation of technical information for bids and customer requirements

• Support quality and continuous improvement activities by documenting field issues, collecting customer feedback and identifying recurring technical problems

Requirements:

• Recent graduate student with Bachelor/Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering with focus on Power Engineering or related technical discipline

• First touch points with solar energy will be an advantage

• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on defined tasks and effectively collaborate with customers, partners and internal teams

Language requirements:

• Fluency in English and German (C1-C2 level) is mandatory
