(Junior) Social Media Manager - Greece (all genders)

• Own and manage ABOUT YOU Greece’s social media channels (Instagram as primary focus)
• Develop and execute local social media content strategies aligned with brand and business goals
• Create engaging, trend-driven content tailored to the Greek market
• Monitor performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize content based on insights
• Manage community engagement and ensure consistent brand communication
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and agencies on campaigns and content productions
• Support influencer collaborations, events, and content shoots
• Identify trends and translate them into relevant content opportunities

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok ecosystems
• Excellent copywriting and visual storytelling skills
• Passion for fashion, lifestyle, and digital culture
• Proven experience with social media analytics, reporting, and content editing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Hands-on experience with tools like Dash Hudson, Meta Business Suite, or similar (plus)
• Fluent in Greek and English
