Junior System Administrator

Nanobit is a Zagreb-based mobile entertainment studio and part of Stillfront Group. For 15+ years we've built games and interactive stories played by tens of millions of people worldwide. As our team and tools grow, we're looking for a Junior System Administrator to keep everyone working smoothly and securely.

What you'll do

• Maintain and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS and Linux)

• Manage devices and security policies through JumpCloud (MDM, encryption, updates, compliance)

• Manage user accounts, access and licences in JumpCloud, Google Workspace and Active Directory

• Handle the IT side of onboarding and offboarding, from getting equipment ready to granting and removing access

• Keep track of IT assets and licences

• Give hands-on support to colleagues

• Monitor and manage our office network (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)

• Improve our security: identity and access management, MFA, backups and security awareness

• Write and update internal documentation and how-to guides

• Explore and bring in new tools and technologies, including AI-powered ones

What we're looking for

• 1+ year of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role

• Hands-on experience with Windows and macOS (Linux is a plus)

• Experience with Active Directory and Google Workspace

• Understanding of networking basics and security best practices

• Experience with JumpCloud or a similar MDM/IAM tool is a strong plus

• A proactive, service-minded attitude and clear communication

• Fluent English
