• Support daily team operations by monitoring productivity and quality, conducting regular audits, and ensuring compliance with client processes and company standards.
• Provide coaching and guidance to team members, assist with escalations, monitor performance.
• Support the Team Lead in achieving operational goals.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of BPO experience
• At least 1 year experience as Team Lead/SME/Senior Agent
• Experience providing coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills​
• Amenable to work ONSITE in Buendia, Makati
• Willing to work on night shifts​
