KBS Document Management Associate (KONE BUSINESS SERVICES) F/M

What will be your role?

• Receiving, evaluating, and managing internal and external customer requests, prioritizing/setting deadlines, and logging them in the shared file;

• Managing safety and administrative documentation related to routine maintenance contracts, minor system repairs, and site access for maintenance activities: collecting documents, drafting declarations, completing questionnaires, as well as verifying and transmitting them to the requester;

• Managing customer portals/platforms: uploading documents and constantly monitoring/updating the uploaded files;

• Liaising with clients and KONE local branches via phone and email.

Your skills and qualifications:

• Enthusiasm to seek improvements and share ideas

• Strong customer service mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Attention to detail and affinity for working with data

• Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced international environment

• Aspiration to learn and develop

• Team player with ability to work autonomously

• English language (level B2) and Italian language (Level C2).

• Familiar with MS Office, with a focus on Excel

Salary
From 1.500 EUR/month; Our final offer will be based on your experience and qualifications.
