Requirements
- Expert knowledge of the Base product or similar SaaS e-commerce platfor
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent work organisation and the ability to work independently
- Customer-centric mindset with a strong commitment to ensuring client satisfaction
- Experience in the e-commerce and/or SaaS industry is a significant plus
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with Enterprise clients
- Providing comprehensive customer service for Enterprise accounts, including troubleshooting and technical support related to our product
- Managing a dedicated client portfolio
- Proficiency in using various e-commerce systems and tools
