Key Holder

Key Holder – Roosevelt Field, NY (Seasonal)

We’re looking for an energetic, hands-on Key Holder to support our Roosevelt Field store through early January. This temporary role is perfect for someone who loves retail, thrives in a team environment, and enjoys creating meaningful connections with guests.

As a Key Holder, you’ll support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily operations, help lead the sales floor, and ensure every guest has a welcoming and memorable Little Words Project experience.

What You’ll Do

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with daily store operations and sales goals.
• Open and close the store independently and help keep operations running smoothly.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and deliver exceptional guest service.
• Welcome guests, make personalized product recommendations, and support the Bead Bar experience.
• Assist with beading appointments, events, parties, and custom orders.
• Support training and onboarding of Sales Associates by sharing product and guest service knowledge.
• Assist with inventory, backstock, merchandising, product launches, and clienteling.
• Help resolve guest concerns and communicate store needs to leadership.
• Support KPIs and sales goals while creating a positive, high-energy store environment.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of retail or customer service experience; Key Holder or Shift Lead experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic, and team-oriented approach.
• Ability to lead by example and take initiative.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for Little Words Project and creating meaningful guest connections.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and a flexible retail schedule.
