Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise sports leagues, fitness classes, Zumba, Aqua aerobics, dance class, outdoor activities, tennis, paddle tennis, Sports activities and recreational activities. Ensure programs are safe, inclusive, and engaging for all age groups. Evaluate program effectiveness and introduce improvements.
• Train, and supervise recreation staff, coaches, and volunteers.
• Assign schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Enforce safety standards and emergency procedures across all programs.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and local regulations.
• Promote programs through outreach, marketing, and partnerships.
• Build strong relationships with participants, families, and community stakeholders.
• Encourage diverse and inclusive participation.
• Manage budgets, track attendance, and prepare program reports.
• Oversee facility maintenance and equipment inventory.
• Act as the main point of contact for participants and parents.
• Resolve conflicts and handle feedback constructively.
• Lead by example to create a positive recreational environment.
