Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight: Direct daily functions of the Kids Club, ensuring the facility is clean, orderly, and all play equipment is sanitized weekly.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate Kids Club Attendants, ensuring they attend required training sessions and follow proper child supervision protocols.
- Activity Programming: Help design and implement innovative, age-appropriate recreational and educational programs that reflect local culture and brand creativity.
- Safety & Security: Enforce strict check-in/out procedures, maintain accurate attendance records, and promptly report any hazards or injuries to the Kids Club Manager.
- Guest Engagement: Interact with children and parents in a warm, professional manner, addressing special requests, dietary restrictions, and concerns with a proactive, anticipatory approach.
- Administrative Support: Manage inventory for toys and supplies, complete daily paperwork, and meet monthly report deadlines.
Qualifications
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years in a supervisory role within a luxury hotel or resort kids club. Pre-opening experience is highly preferred for this location.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field (e.g., Hospitality or Tourism).
- Certifications: Mandatory current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications.
- Personal Attributes: Impeccable grooming, high emotional intelligence, and fluency in English (additional languages like Arabic or Russian are advantageous).
