In addition to their core brand Killtec, our portfolio includes two specialized brands: G.I.G.A. DX (Casual), first instinct (Toddlers). To strengthen their growth in the French market, we are looking for a field-based sales professional to manage and develop our presence in the Annecy region.



Context & Recruitment Challenges

Reporting to the sales department/ CSO, you will be the brand ambassador for your territory. You will manage the retail network by driving both sell-in and sell-out, ensuring the visibility and premium image of Killtec on the ground.



Missions

  1. Develop and Manage the Client Portfolio

  • Manage and grow your sales territory from your showroom in Annecy.

  • Strengthen the market position of killtec in the assigned region.

  • Provide expert consultation and support to existing retail partners.

  • Identify and acquire new strategic customers.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to provide regular feedback.


  1. Train and Inspire Retail Teams

  • Present killtec brands at major trade fairs and industry events.

  • Share product storytelling and technical benefits with partners.

  • Ensure high merchandising standards and optimize shelf presence.

  • Organize and maintain the local showroom independently.


  1. Drive Territory Engagement

  • Work in close collaboration with the internal sales back-office.



Expected profile

Profile

馃憠Several years of experience in B2B field sales, ideally in the French sports/outdoor industry.

馃憠Deep understanding of French distribution channels (sports and textile retail).

馃憠Proven ability to position a brand within a specific territory.

馃憠Valid driver鈥檚 license is mandatory.


Aptitudes

馃憠 Professional, communicative, and convincing demeanor.

馃憠High level of autonomy and a systematic working style.

馃憠Proficiency with current IT tools and CRM reporting.

馃憠Ability to organize and maintain a showroom independently.




Location, Remote Work & start date

Location: Based in Annecy/ M茅ry (Showroom) with regular travel across the region.

Contract: Full-time permanent position.
