As a Kitchen Operations Assistant, you support the main kitchen sections during preparation and service. You work closely with senior chefs, help organize mise en place, prepare ingredients, and assist during busy service hours.

You are not just “helping out.”

You are part of the production flow.

The job can be physically demanding. Service times can be intense. But the team dynamic makes it manageable — and you gain valuable international experience.

And yes — it’s still Greece.

After shift, the atmosphere changes. Warm evenings, staff housing by the coast, colleagues from all over Europe. You work hard, but you don’t live only to work.

Requirements

You already have some kitchen experience. Maybe you’ve worked in a restaurant, hotel or catering environment. You understand basic kitchen structure, hygiene standards and timing. You are willing to learn, improve and take direction when needed.
