Description


We are looking for a passionate, motivated and experienced KPI Implementation and Development Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-growing team.


Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement corporate KPIs
  • Apply strategic planning in the process of KPI development, as well as in the execution of projects and operations
  • Collect and analyze data to identify gaps and opportunities, supporting management in decision-making
  • Gather information about current work processes
  • Collect the necessary documentation for the overall KPI system process within the organization
  • Calculate bonuses based on implemented KPIs and submit them for payment
  • Formulate accurate questions based on the analysis of facts and information
  • Define methods for measuring progress toward stated objectives
  • Support all departments with management methodology to achieve the company’s goals
  • Perform KPI-based bonus calculations and organize the payment process
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor or arising from the responsibilities of the position


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, KPI development, and performance measurement is required
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in establishing and implementing KPIs
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, as well as in Power BI and Jira
  • Good knowledge of SQL is preferred
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify gaps, and ask the right questions to support strategic decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Armenian, English, and Russian
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and work effectively under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach and willingness to learn
