Requirements

• You speak English fluently

• You have strong attention to detail

• You excel at research & analysis, gathering and evaluating information efficiently

• You possess strong empathy, critical thinking, and a user-centered approach, ensuring the best experience for users

• You're a problem solver—you can identify root causes and implement effective solutions

• You're available to cover morning and evening shifts during weekdays and weekends (occasionally)
