Work Location: The physical location for this position is at any jobsite, which could be in any state. The ability to travel and adapt to different job sites is essential. Job sites may vary based on project requirements, and laborers must be prepared to work in various geographical locations and conditions.

Role: A Laborer participates in various phases of construction, performing tasks that require the use of both power and manual tools. Responsibilities may include:

• Handling tools such as shovels, rakes, saws, and hammers
• Working at significant heights (with 100% fall protection measures in place)
• Performing other duties as assigned

This role requires individuals who are alert, have good balance, stamina, and physical strength. Laborers must be capable of frequently lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, carrying, and bending. The work environment is exclusively outdoors, often exposing workers to all weather conditions and varied ground conditions.

Position Requirements:

• Frequently lifting, shoveling, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
• Frequently walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and climbing
• Frequent use of hand tools such as acetylene torch, grinder, shovel, hammer, etc.

Preferred Experience:

• Minimum of 6 months of construction labor work experience
• Positive references from previous employers

Tools to Be Furnished by Employee:

• Steel-toed work boots
• Long sleeve shirt
• Suitable work pants with no holes
• 25-foot tape measure
• 12-inch adjustable wrench

• Hard hat

• Fall protection
• Any other personal protective equipment (PPE) required for the job
