About this role
Responsibilities
- Support Sales leader about related information in weekly sales report and manage Sales force data update and product approval processes with clients (homologation).
- Based on project request, support Sales team for all works about project contract signature, including collect required information from Tracker internal team, contract review coordination, manage internal process of contract signature.
- At the same time optimize internal process for better business operation.
- Arrange kick-off meeting for new project.
- Clarify all related contract requirements and pass to Project managers and internal team.
- Follow up pending points and ensure earliest confirmation to start internal process.
- During Project fulfillment state, support Project manager and Operation team if necessary. Mainly including Pro-Formal Invoice issue, Bonds issue, LC confirmation, Payment collection, Overdue management, Procurement & delivery coordination, Sales revenue pushing etc.
- Coordinate cross-regional communication between MU and Tracker BU.
- Seek necessary support from Tracker BU for Sales team to win and fulfill projects smoothly, including finance, logistic, supply chain, operation, marketing, etc.
- Support Tracker Supplement orders and After-sales orders process.
- Work with BU GSM with regional Pipeline & forecast clarification, signed Contracts data analysis.
- Keep in close touch with HQ team, attend meetings and provide necessary information for internal process optimization.
- Other works assigned by team leader or to support MU colleagues.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administration or related careers.
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B corporate sales, knowledge of sales processes, contract negotiation.
Required Skills
- Team spirit and high sense of responsibility, understanding of contracts, payment terms, Incoterms…
- High organized, quick to learn, logical, good at working in multi-tasked, Hands-on and solution-oriented.
- Proficiency in computer skills including Office, ERP(BPM) & CRM(Salesforce).
- Fluent English. Intermediate Spanish is desirable.
- Self-motivated, diligent and detail-oriented.
