Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with project teams to determine survey requirements and objectives.
- Establish survey control points and benchmarks for construction projects.
- Prepare and present survey reports and documentation.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure proper positioning and alignment of structures.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to land surveys.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Stay updated with advancements and best practices in land surveying.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in land surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, methods, and procedures.
- Experience in conducting topographic surveys, boundary surveys, and construction layout surveys.
