The Role

We are on the hunt for a Landscape Foreman to lead a small team. You will be the driving force behind some of Auckland's most jaw-dropping outdoor transformations. Think luxury landscapes, architectural paving, and custom pool builds that make jaws drop.

You Will Thrive Here If You:

• Know your way around excavations, site works, and pool construction like a pro.
• Can read detailed plans and profile sites with precision.
• Are a natural leader who can motivate teams and juggle multiple sites.
• Have a solid grip on hard and soft landscaping techniques.
• Communicate like a champ with clients and your crew.
• Love mentoring and helping your team grow on the job.
